BetOrder Privacy Policy — How We Handle and Protect Your Personal Data

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information BetOrder collects when you use our platform, how we use that information, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your own data. We have written it in plain language because we think you deserve a straightforward explanation rather than pages of dense legal text that nobody actually reads.

Your privacy is not an afterthought at BetOrder — it is a core commitment that shapes how we build and operate the platform. We collect only what we need, we keep it secure, and we never sell it.

Six Core Privacy Commitments BetOrder Makes to You

These are the six principles that guide how BetOrder handles your personal data. The detailed policy sections below expand on each of these commitments.

We Collect Only What We Need

BetOrder collects personal information that is necessary to operate your account, process your transactions, verify your identity, and keep the platform secure. We do not collect data for its own sake or hold information beyond the period required to serve you.

We Never Sell Your Data

BetOrder does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Full stop. The only third parties who ever receive your data are service providers that help us operate the platform — and they are contractually bound to use it only for that purpose.

Your Data Is Kept Secure

All data stored and transmitted on BetOrder is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption. Sensitive data such as payment information and identity documents is stored with additional access controls. BetOrder undergoes regular security audits and does not retain payment card details on its own servers.

You Have Rights Over Your Data

You can request access to the personal information BetOrder holds about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your data in certain circumstances, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. These rights are explained in detail in Section 8 of this policy.

We Are Transparent About What We Collect

This policy describes every category of personal data that BetOrder collects and the specific purpose for which it is collected. We do not collect data categories not listed here without first updating this policy and notifying you. There are no hidden data collection practices on BetOrder.

We Do Not Keep Data Longer Than Necessary

BetOrder retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by anti-money laundering obligations and applicable regulations. Once the required retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymised. Retention periods for each data category are specified in Section 7.

Who We Are and Who This Policy Applies To

BetOrder is an online sports betting and casino platform operating at betorder.ws. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, BetOrder is the data controller — the entity that determines why and how your personal information is processed. When you create an account on BetOrder, use any of our betting or gaming products, contact our support team, or simply visit betorder.ws, this Privacy Policy applies to you.

This policy applies to all BetOrder products and services including sports betting markets, casino games (slots, roulette, card games, Aviator), the VIP Club programme, and all customer communications. It covers data collected via the betorder.ws website, any mobile-optimised interface, and all communication channels including email and live chat support.

If you have any questions about this policy or about how BetOrder processes your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection team at any time at support@betorder.ws or via the live chat support function on betorder.ws.

02

Personal Data We Collect

BetOrder collects personal data in three ways: information you provide directly when creating an account or using the platform, information generated automatically by your use of the platform, and information received from third parties during identity verification or payment processing.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Registration data: Full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address provided when creating your BetOrder account.
  • Identity verification documents: Copies of government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and in some cases proof of source of funds, provided during identity verification. These documents are required under anti-money laundering obligations.
  • Payment information: Mobile wallet account numbers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), bank account details for IBFT transfers, and the last four digits and card type for debit/credit card transactions. BetOrder does not store full card numbers — card payments are processed via PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • Support communications: The content of any messages, emails, or live chat conversations you have with the BetOrder support team, including any personal information contained in those messages.
  • Responsible gaming self-declarations: If you voluntarily disclose information about your gambling habits, financial situation, or vulnerability during a responsible gaming interaction, this is treated as sensitive personal data with additional protections applied.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Betting and gaming activity: All bets placed, games played, stakes, results, and transaction history associated with your BetOrder account.
  • Device and access data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, and mobile network identifier collected when you access betorder.ws.
  • Session data: Pages visited, time spent on each page, features used, and navigation patterns within the BetOrder platform, collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
  • Location data: General geographic location inferred from your IP address. BetOrder does not access GPS or precise device location data.

Information From Third Parties

  • Identity verification providers: BetOrder works with identity verification services to confirm the validity of documents provided by players. These providers may share verification outcomes and fraud signals with BetOrder.
  • Payment processors: Payment service providers confirm transaction status, share fraud detection signals, and in some cases provide additional identity confirmation relevant to AML compliance.

Note on sensitive data: BetOrder does not ask for or collect sensitive personal data categories such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, health data, or biometric data as part of the standard account registration or operation process. Identity documents may be reviewed to confirm age and identity, but the document information is used only for verification purposes.

BetOrder uses your personal data for specific, defined purposes. The table below maps each data category to its primary purpose and the legal basis for processing.

Data Category Primary Purpose Legal Basis
Registration information Account creation and management Contract performance
Identity documents Age verification, AML compliance Legal obligation
Payment details Processing deposits & withdrawals Contract performance
Betting & gaming activity Account operation, dispute resolution Contract performance
Device & session data Fraud prevention, security Legitimate interest
Communication history Support & complaint resolution Contract performance
Email address Service & marketing communications Consent (marketing)
Responsible gaming data Player protection measures Legal obligation

BetOrder does not use your personal data for purposes other than those listed above without first obtaining your consent or having a clear legitimate interest that does not override your privacy rights. Your betting and gaming history is never shared with third parties for commercial profiling or advertising targeting.

Marketing communications from BetOrder — including promotional emails about bonuses and new products — are sent only to players who have opted in to receive them. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by adjusting your communication preferences in your BetOrder account settings.

04

Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

BetOrder processes your personal data on one of four legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Contract performance: Processing that is necessary to deliver the services you have signed up for — creating your account, processing bets, settling winnings, handling withdrawals, and resolving disputes. Without this processing, BetOrder cannot provide its services to you.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required by law — primarily anti-money laundering (AML) regulations that require BetOrder to verify player identities, monitor transactions for suspicious patterns, and maintain records for regulatory inspection. BetOrder must comply with these obligations regardless of your preferences.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing that serves BetOrder's legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights. This includes fraud detection, platform security, and improving service quality based on anonymised usage analytics. BetOrder has assessed each legitimate interest processing activity to confirm it does not disproportionately impact player privacy.
  • Consent: Processing that requires your explicit agreement — primarily marketing communications. Consent is obtained separately from account registration and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your ability to use BetOrder's services.
05

Who We Share Your Data With

BetOrder shares personal data with third parties only in the specific circumstances described below. We do not sell, rent, or trade player data for any commercial purpose.

  • Payment service providers: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and banking partners involved in processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers receive only the information necessary to complete the specific transaction and are bound by their own data protection obligations.
  • Identity verification providers: Third-party services used to verify the authenticity of identity documents during KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. These providers confirm verification outcomes to BetOrder but do not retain document copies beyond the verification process.
  • Fraud prevention services: BetOrder uses fraud detection tools that may process device and session data to identify suspicious access patterns. The outputs of these tools help BetOrder protect all players from account fraud and unauthorised access.
  • Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: BetOrder may share personal data with regulatory bodies, financial intelligence authorities, or law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so — for example, in response to a court order or a regulatory investigation. BetOrder will notify you of such disclosure where permitted by law.
  • Technical infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and content delivery services that process data as part of the technical infrastructure powering betorder.ws. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by BetOrder and to maintain appropriate security standards.

Clear commitment: BetOrder does not share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, social media platforms, or any third party for the purpose of targeting you with advertisements on other websites or platforms.

06

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

BetOrder uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on betorder.ws to make the platform function correctly, keep your session active while you are logged in, and understand how players use the platform so we can improve it. This section explains what types of cookies BetOrder uses and how you can control them.

Types of Cookies BetOrder Uses

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function — keeping you logged in, maintaining your session, remembering items in your bet slip, and enabling secure transactions. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
  • Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred display options, and previously used deposit methods to make your experience faster and more convenient on return visits.
  • Analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players navigate betorder.ws — which pages are visited most, where users encounter friction, and which features are used. This data is used to improve the platform. BetOrder uses privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not build individual profiles or share data with advertising networks.
  • Security cookies: Help BetOrder detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, and unauthorised access attempts by tracking patterns of device and session behaviour.

BetOrder does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow social media tracking pixels on betorder.ws. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to use BetOrder's services.

How Long We Keep Your Data

BetOrder does not keep personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are determined by the purpose for which the data was collected and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements that mandate minimum retention periods.

  • Account and registration data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years after account closure. This extended period is required by anti-money laundering regulations that mandate retention of customer identification records.
  • Identity verification documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of verification or 5 years from account closure, whichever is later. Required by AML regulations.
  • Transaction and betting records: Retained for 5 years from the date of each transaction. Required for financial record-keeping and regulatory inspection purposes.
  • Customer support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the interaction unless a formal complaint or legal dispute is outstanding, in which case the relevant records are retained until the matter is fully resolved.
  • Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years. The record of your consent (or withdrawal of consent) must be maintained to demonstrate compliance.
  • Session and device data: Retained for 13 months from collection, then deleted or anonymised. This period allows for annual trend analysis and fraud pattern detection.

When retention periods expire, BetOrder securely deletes or irreversibly anonymises the relevant data. Anonymised data — from which it is impossible to identify you — may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analysis and platform improvement purposes.

08

Your Privacy Rights

BetOrder respects your rights over your personal data. The following rights are available to all BetOrder players. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@betorder.ws with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and your account reference number. BetOrder will respond within 30 days.

Right of Access

Request a copy of all personal data BetOrder holds about you. We will provide a structured, machine-readable summary within 30 days of your request at no charge.

Right to Rectification

Ask BetOrder to correct any personal data about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. Updates to your registered details can also be made directly in your account settings.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, if data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Note: AML-mandated records cannot be deleted during required retention periods.

Right to Restrict Processing

Ask BetOrder to pause processing of your data while a dispute about its accuracy or use is being resolved, without requiring full deletion of the data.

Right to Data Portability

Receive a copy of your personal data in a portable, structured format (JSON or CSV) that you can transfer to another service provider. Applies to data provided by you and processed on the basis of consent or contract.

Right to Object

Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Objections to marketing processing will always be honoured. Objections to legitimate interest processing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

09

How We Keep Your Data Secure

BetOrder applies technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data held and the risks associated with its processing. The following measures are in place across the platform:

  • SSL/TLS encryption: All data transmitted between your device and betorder.ws is encrypted using SSL/TLS. This applies to every page on the platform — account registration, login, betting, deposits, withdrawals, and support interactions.
  • Password security: Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing — BetOrder's systems do not have access to your plaintext password. In the event of a data breach, hashed passwords provide substantially more protection than plaintext storage.
  • Access controls: Access to personal data within BetOrder's operations is restricted to staff with a demonstrated need to access it as part of their role. All internal access is logged and regularly audited.
  • Payment data isolation: BetOrder does not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways that handle card data entirely within their own secure environments. BetOrder receives only tokenised references and transaction confirmations.
  • Regular security audits: BetOrder's platform and data handling practices are subject to periodic security reviews. Identified vulnerabilities are remediated according to a priority schedule based on risk severity.
  • Incident response: BetOrder has a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that presents a risk to player rights, affected players will be notified promptly with clear information about what data was affected and what steps BetOrder is taking in response.

While BetOrder implements robust security measures, no platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You also play a role in keeping your account secure — use a strong, unique password for your BetOrder account, enable two-factor authentication if available, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

10

Children's Privacy

BetOrder's services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. BetOrder does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. Registration requires confirmation of age, and BetOrder may request identity documentation to verify age at any point during the account relationship.

If BetOrder discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 — whether through a fraudulent registration or any other means — the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned, and all personal data associated with the underage user will be deleted as quickly as permitted by applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has created a BetOrder account should contact us immediately at support@betorder.ws so that we can take prompt action.

BetOrder encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices used by children. The responsible gaming tools built into BetOrder are designed for adult players managing their own gambling behaviour and are not a substitute for parental controls for preventing underage access.

11

Changes to This Privacy Policy

BetOrder reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, changes in applicable law, or improvements in how we explain our practices to you. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the date of the most recent change.

When we make material changes to this policy — changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal data — we will notify you by email to your registered address and by a prominent notice on the BetOrder platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. This gives you time to review the changes and, if you disagree, to close your account before the new policy applies.

Minor changes — clarifications, formatting updates, or changes to contact details — may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date the updated policy is published. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how BetOrder handles your data.

Privacy Questions Pakistani Players Ask Most

Short answers to the privacy questions BetOrder receives most frequently from players in Pakistan.

No. Your individual betting and gaming history on BetOrder is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. The only circumstances in which your betting activity would be disclosed externally are if required by law — for example, as part of a regulatory investigation or court order — and in that case you would be notified where legally permissible. BetOrder does not share player activity data with advertisers, data brokers, or other betting platforms.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, and BetOrder will honour that request for data that is no longer needed for its original purpose. However, certain data — primarily identity verification records and transaction history — must be retained for 5 years after account closure under anti-money laundering regulations. These records cannot be deleted during the mandatory retention period regardless of your request. BetOrder will be transparent about which specific data can and cannot be deleted and why.

Yes. BetOrder stores registered payment account details using encryption and access controls that restrict who within BetOrder can view them. Your mobile wallet account number is used only to process withdrawals to your account. BetOrder does not initiate any outbound transfers to your account without an explicit withdrawal request from you, and all withdrawal requests require authentication through your BetOrder account login.

Identity verification — including review of a government-issued ID such as your CNIC — is required under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations that apply to online betting platforms. BetOrder must confirm that you are who you say you are, that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18, and that your account is not being used for money laundering or fraud. CNIC documents submitted for verification are stored securely with restricted access and retained for 5 years as required by AML regulations. They are never shared with third parties except identity verification service providers who process them only for the purpose of confirming document authenticity.

You can opt out of BetOrder's marketing emails at any time in two ways: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from BetOrder, or log into your account and update your communication preferences in the account settings panel. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your ability to use BetOrder's services and you will still receive transactional emails (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) that are necessary for account operation.
