BetOrder Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BetOrder platform — including the website, mobile experience, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BetOrder.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use BetOrder's services. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. BetOrder will notify registered users of material changes via email or an on-platform notification before they take effect.

These terms are written in English and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetOrder operates. Pakistani players use BetOrder in the English language as the authoritative version of these terms.

To create a BetOrder account and use the platform's betting and gaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetOrder strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 18, and will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage user.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. BetOrder may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• You must register only one account. Each individual person is entitled to one BetOrder account. Accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment details belonging to the same person are considered duplicate accounts and subject to closure.
• You must not be self-excluded from BetOrder or any other gambling platform as part of an active self-exclusion arrangement. If you have previously self-excluded from BetOrder and your exclusion period has not yet elapsed, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• You must be accessing BetOrder from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under your local laws. BetOrder does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

BetOrder reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for refusing an application. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Your BetOrder account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you configure. BetOrder will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat support.

You must not share your account login details with any other person, including family members. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether you authorised it or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact BetOrder support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

BetOrder implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Withdrawals to NayaPay, SadaPay, bank accounts (IBFT), and payment cards are processed within the timeframes specified on the withdrawal page, which typically range from minutes to one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. BetOrder does not charge withdrawal fees — any fees deducted by your payment provider are separate from BetOrder's service and outside our control.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your own name. The name on your BetOrder account must match the name on the payment account receiving the withdrawal. BetOrder will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
• Identity verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above specified thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. BetOrder may request a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents will delay withdrawal processing.

Bet confirmation is final. Once a bet is accepted by the BetOrder platform and a confirmation reference is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. Please verify all details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any bet.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 on most markets. Specific markets may have higher minimums as displayed on the bet slip.
• Maximum bet: Market maximums vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. BetOrder reserves the right to limit maximum bets on individual markets at its discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors: BetOrder reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly and materially incorrect due to a system error or human input fault. BetOrder will notify affected players promptly and return all stakes on voided bets.
• Abandoned or cancelled events: Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play are void and stakes returned, except where specific competition rules determine a result. Refer to sport-specific rules for detail.
• In-play betting: Odds on in-play markets update continuously. BetOrder may suspend in-play markets during critical match moments. BetOrder is not liable for any losses arising from market suspension during in-play betting.

BetOrder settlement decisions are based on official result sources for each competition. In the event of a discrepancy between BetOrder's results and unofficial sources, BetOrder's result stands as final, subject to the right of appeal via the formal dispute process.

BetOrder's casino products — including slots, roulette, card games, Aviator, and live dealer tables — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by bet sizes, account history, time of day, or any other external variable.

Published RTP (return-to-player) rates for all casino games are based on long-run statistical averages across a very large number of game rounds. These figures indicate theoretical long-term performance — individual player sessions may deviate significantly from the published RTP, both above and below, and this is a normal characteristic of random outcomes rather than an indication of manipulation.

BetOrder does not guarantee any specific winnings from casino games. All casino play involves risk and the possibility of losing the full amount staked. Players are advised to set personal deposit and loss limits when playing casino games.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonus expiry: All BetOrder bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are clearly displayed when a bonus is credited to your account.
• One promotion per player: Unless stated otherwise, BetOrder promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonus claims and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit promotions: For promotions requiring a minimum deposit, the deposit used to qualify must be made using real money from your own payment account. Using existing balance or bonus funds to qualify for a new deposit bonus is not permitted.
• BetOrder's right to amend or cancel: BetOrder reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given. • Arbitrage betting abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional odds enhancements or free bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (commonly known as "arbing" or "matched betting"). BetOrder reserves the right to limit or close accounts engaged in this activity.
• Use of automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with BetOrder's systems in a manner not intended for human users.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unjustified payment chargebacks, or providing false information for the purpose of gaining credit or bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using BetOrder to process, conceal, or convert funds of illegal origin. BetOrder has zero tolerance for money laundering and will cooperate with law enforcement and financial regulators in all relevant investigations.
• Underage use: Attempting to register or use BetOrder services while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at BetOrder staff or other players via any BetOrder channel, including customer support chat.

Where BetOrder determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, any funds obtained as a result of that conduct will be void and non-withdrawable. BetOrder's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process.

In cases where BetOrder closes an account for reasons unrelated to any breach by you — for example, a commercial decision to exit a market — BetOrder will return all real-money funds in your account in full via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

You may close your BetOrder account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

BetOrder's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. BetOrder does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those exclusions, BetOrder's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

BetOrder is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond BetOrder's reasonable control including network outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of inaccurate information provided by you during registration or verification.
• Natural fluctuations in the results of betting and gaming — winning and losing are inherent characteristics of these activities and do not constitute a basis for liability claims.

BetOrder provides all services on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. BetOrder will take all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

BetOrder reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Minor changes — corrections, clarifications, or changes to provisions that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date of publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent change of any kind.
